VBM Sprint® Assessment

About the assessment

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Organise what you know about your business.

Eight main questions about how your business operates. The result organises your answers and gaps in your knowledge. The extent of the interpretation depends on whether those answers provide a clear signal.

About the VBM assessment

The questionnaire is currently available in Polish. This page explains its scope and how to read the result.

What to know before you start

Before starting, you will see what the result covers and the privacy information. The assessment produces an initial, self-reported profile. It is not a business valuation or the full VBM Sprint® methodology. It does not confirm the mechanisms behind how your company operates. When your answers meet the conditions for interpretation, it may suggest a hypothesis to investigate further.

Understand the result before completing the form

First the scope. Then the questions.

The public assessment contains eight screening questions, one for each area, and four questions about the business context. You answer from your own knowledge of the company. The result describes what you report; it does not independently verify documents or working practices.

  • A self-reported profile across eight areas.
  • Visible gaps in knowledge and responses indicating that a question does not apply.
  • The highest and lowest signals, where each can be identified unambiguously.
  • A conditional hypothesis and a question to help check it.

Interpretation requires numerical answers to at least six of the eight main questions. A hypothesis appears only when one scored answer provides a uniquely lowest signal. If there are too few numerical answers, or the lowest scores are tied, the result does not select a single hypothesis. Missing information and ambiguity remain visible in the profile.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the VBM assessment take?

The public questionnaire is designed to take around 3–4 minutes. The time may vary depending on your answers and the version of the instrument.

What will I receive?

An initial, self-reported profile across eight areas, showing missing information and the limits of interpretation. Clear signals and a hypothesis appear only when your answers meet the conditions described above. This is a starting point for checking information and asking further questions, not an evidence-based diagnosis of the mechanisms operating in your business.

Is the result a business valuation?

No. The assessment does not estimate the financial value of your business or provide a valuation multiple.

Do I need to provide an email address to see the result?

No. Your result appears on screen. You may choose to provide an email address to request contact about a written discussion of your profile. The form does not send a report automatically, and a request does not guarantee a report or a response time. Consent to marketing communications is separate and optional.
